1. When ask to open or save, click OPEN.
The install file will be downloaded to a temporary directory,
and then be unpacked.
2. The next screen available to you will ask where you wish to install the file.
The default directory that the ProMatchILS will be installed is
c:\Program Files\BKMA ProMatchILS\.
If you want to change this directory and install ProMatchILS to a different location,
click Browse.
3. You will be asked what Program Group you want to add a shortcut for ProMatchILS.
By default, ProMatchILS is added to Programs in your Start menu.
4. ProMatchILS Setup will copy files to your computer. When finished, you will be asked
to restart your computer. You must restart your computer, after installing
ProMatchILS, to run the application.
The Offline Database engine is necessary to use ProMatch ILS off-line. There
are two system options off-line:
1. The ability to download customer Snap-Shot listings to allow
agents to search, display and print data off-line. Only a selected number
of Main Menu items are available off-line and are highlighted in blue.
There is no additional cost for this off-line option.
2. For an extra fee, and licensed exclusively to an agent
in the MLS, a fully-distributed MLS option is available. Using this install,
agents can manually download the entire MLS (including selective photos and
documents) that will allow full system capability off-line. The only system
features not available in the fully-distributed option are Add/Edit listings
data. These items are only available on-line. The on time cost of the off-line
Fully Distributed option is $ 60 per agent.
